ASP management and staff hold the view that we did not inherit our planet from our great grand parents but rather we are simply borrowing it from our great grand children. To this end we have introduced policies and procedures that :
- Resulted in the use of reusable packaging,
- Saw a reduction in the consumption of water and power,
- Resulted in the large scale recycling of plastic, paper, and timber,
- Allowed many of our staff to work from home, therefore reducing the consumption of fossil fuels,
- Encourage our suppliers to reduce waste from their supply chains,
- Cover the acquisition and storage of hazardous products,
- Resulted in a dramatic reduction of the use of printed documents and cheques, and
- See no liquids used in any of our manufacturing processes entering the storm water and sewerage systems.
